TraderNws 提供的所有內容，包括來自已上架社群的市場分析及教育素材，均僅供參考，不構成財務、投資或交易建議。交易涉及重大風險。過去的績效並不代表未來的結果。您應自行對您的交易決策承擔全部責任。
您必須年滿 18 歲方可使用本服務。使用本服務即代表您聲明並保證符合此要求，且您的使用行為符合您所在司法管轄區的適用法律。
您同意不得：
TraderNws 平台，包括其目錄結構、軟體、標誌及精選列表，均為本公司所有或已取得授權，並受適用智慧財產權法律保護。已上架第三方社群的教育內容仍屬該等社群所有。未經授權使用本平台一律禁止。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，TraderNws 及其營運者對於因使用本服務或依賴所提供之任何內容（包括交易損失）所導致的任何間接、附帶、特殊或衍生性損害，概不承擔責任。
我們保留在任何時候因違反本條款或基於我們裁量權決定的任何其他原因，不論是否事先通知，暫停或終止您對本服務之存取的權利。
我們可隨時修改本條款。在修改後繼續使用本服務，即視為接受更新後的條款。

If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice by contacting us via our Discord server. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material alleged to be infringing and its location on the platform; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will review all notices and remove or disable access to material found to be infringing on valid copyright claims promptly.
