TraderNws 提供的所有内容，包括来自已收录社区的市场分析及教育素材，均仅供参考，不构成财务、投资或交易建议。交易涉及重大风险。过去的业绩不代表未来的结果。您应自行对您的交易决策承担全部责任。
您必须年满 18 周岁方可使用本服务。使用本服务即代表您声明并保证符合此要求，且您的使用行为符合您所在司法管辖区的适用法律。
您同意不得：
TraderNws 平台，包括其目录结构、软件、标志及精选列表，均为本公司所有或已取得授权，并受适用知识产权法律保护。已收录第三方社区的教育内容仍属该等社区所有。未经授权使用本平台一律禁止。
在法律允许的最大范围内，TraderNws 及其运营者对于因使用本服务或依赖所提供之任何内容（包括交易损失）所导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或衍生性损害，概不承担责任。
我们保留在任何时候因违反本条款或基于我们自行裁量的任何其他原因，无论是否事先通知，暂停或终止您对本服务访问的权利。
我们可随时修改本条款。在修改后继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的条款。

If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice by contacting us via our Discord server. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material alleged to be infringing and its location on the platform; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will review all notices and remove or disable access to material found to be infringing on valid copyright claims promptly.
