TraderNws is a curated directory of third-party trading education communities for cryptocurrency and forex markets. We provide access to our directory and a Discord bot forwarding service for informational and educational purposes only. We do not generate, provide, or endorse trading signals or financial advice. We do not store private messages, member data, or trading signals from listed communities — we store only publicly available catalog metadata as provided by community operators.

All content provided by TraderNws, including market analysis and educational material from listed communities, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) as selected.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Share subscription credentials with non-members.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish content from our directory or content forwarded via our Discord bot without authorization.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our platform.

The TraderNws platform, including its directory structure, software, logos, and curated listings, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Educational content from listed third-party communities remains the property of those communities. Unauthorized use of our platform is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderNws and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided, including trading losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice by contacting us via our Discord server. Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material alleged to be infringing and its location on the platform; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review all notices and remove or disable access to material found to be infringing on valid copyright claims promptly.
